Use this tool to calculate the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for each of your customers and overall. Also identify which categories your customers consider to be your strengths and which ones they consider to be areas for improvement. Use this calculator in conjunction with our Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Have customers complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey, either by having them fill out the form directly or by uploading it to an online survey tool for completion. In the 'Survey Responses' tab, input the responses for each respondent to your survey.
In the 'Customer Satisfaction Index' tab, the averages with be populated automatically from your inputs in the 'Survey Responses' tab. In order to generate the individual and overall CSI scores, select a weighting for each category based on the importance to your company (Total Must = 100%).
The 'Category Rankings' tab will also be automatically populated to help you identify the categories that customers consider to be your strengths and weaknesses. View and share the automatically generated graphs in the 'Reports' tab.
