Our Solution
We created a Microsoft Excel Analysis tool to evaluate corporate accounts based on 6 key criteria: Industry, company size, decision-maker, current need, opportunity size, and purchase history.
With this account scoring template, the first step is to define the criteria you will be using and the weighting scale. The criteria is divided into two major categories, Company and Opportunity. Once you have defined your criteria, continue to the lead scoring tab, proceed to list the accounts, and begin scoring them on scale of 1 to 10. By utilizing this account scoring template, you will better prioritize your time so you can focus on sales opportunities.
