Big brands use Instagram to grow market share

Marketing Magazine reports that 'brands account for 40 per cent of the 1,000 most-shared Instagram videos, according to data compiled by marketing technology company Unruly'.
The report continues, 'Smart marketers are no longer measuring success based on a YouTube view count and advertisers understand that it’s people first, platform second."

Interesting article Adrian - thanks for sharing! Instagram is the perfect vehicle to communicate & reinforce a brand. It's also the perfect vehicle to create a brand. If you think about it that's exactly what individuals are doing everyday with every Instagram post they share - creating their own personal brand through a collection of images & videos that represent "who they are."
